The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Great Cloud Vapor is one of several companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Meals and Drug Administration have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are popular with young adults, but that adults also need to be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These claims were misleading, the FDA says, because no FDA regulatory specifications or laws exist to modify dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label specifically stated that the product could possibly be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
Whenever a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it really is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to turn out to be misused, if ingested, by children, or someone who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include precise statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They would probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false marketing would be to strictly regulate the manufacturing of e-liquids. Companies cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or packaging that claim that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, a couple of which had an array of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings in it and therefore did not interest me. I was inappropriate.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a fairly large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth of the disposable device was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained a similar things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other items: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between the product and the other products was that this product did not consist of any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device into the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece softly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not present during smoking any traditional smokes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of flavour through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled slowly while my eyes scanned the room for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled up with sweet lemon juice, followed by a mild pepper to taste. Following the third puff I experienced a lovely and tangy taste with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, offering me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without needing to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
